Welcome to where the kids hang out! The fitness classes we offer at the USA Ninja Challenge are dynamic, interactive, and most important, fun! We serve ages between 4 and 17, with something unique for everyone.
With Ninja Fitness Classes, kids get an immersive experience into the sport of Ninja. With introductions to obstacles on day one and interactive team-building in classes to follow, your child will have a blast while learning fitness and life skills.
The goal of this program is to improve physical fitness through obstacle course training, based on swinging, climbing, jumping, traversing, balance, tumbling and conditioning. This is a two-part program including a fundamentals portion and an on-going training element. Students must complete the fundamentals program before becoming eligible to attend regular training.
The regular training classes will consist of a warm-up period including cardio and static stretching. Via a written weekly lesson plan, students will be given ninja skills and conditioning elements to work on and challenges to test their abilities.

Based on the competitive spirit of American Ninja Warrior, our Ninja Jams are loads of fun for both kids and parents! We host jamboree-style competitions that teach kids and teens the importance of effort, goal-setting, and not sweating the losses.
